Snapshot each Configuration Item in this Configuration with a baseline label

Snapshot each Configuration Item in this Configuration with a baseline label that states the snapshot is a estable version of the core asset or product.

Notify all stakeholders about the new baseline

Notify all stakeholders about the new baseline so every developer can update their code (rebase).
